Veriq, Inc. ("Veriq," "we," "us") provides recruiting software for healthcare staffing agencies, including an AI assistant named Zia that calls and texts job candidates on behalf of those agencies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Candidate information that you or a staffing agency provides, such as your name, phone number, email, address, profession, specialties, licenses, certifications and job preferences.
Call and message records, including recordings, transcripts and summaries of calls with Zia, and the text messages we send you and their delivery status.
Account information for agency staff who sign in to Veriq, such as name and email.
Website information such as basic logs and browser information when you visit our site.

How we use information

To match candidates with healthcare jobs and to contact them about those jobs by phone and text.
To schedule and carry out callbacks and text messages a candidate asks for.
To keep an accurate record of conversations for the candidate and the staffing agency.
To operate, secure and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messaging and mobile information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Veriq, Inc. does not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to provide the service.

Veriq, Inc. currently sends text messages only to its own employees and team members who sign up on our text message sign-up page, for internal testing and product demonstrations. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with the staffing agency you are working with, and with service providers that help us run Veriq (for example, hosting, database, telephone and text message delivery, and speech technology). These providers may use the information only to perform services for us. We may also share information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls and sign-in requirements to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing zrahman2008@gmail.com. You can also tell Zia or your recruiter that you no longer want to be contacted.

Children

Veriq is meant for working healthcare professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above.
